Essential technologies
These are required to deliver a secure service and are not used for advertising. They include a session cookie for signed-in providers, anti-forgery state, consent storage and Cloudflare security or Turnstile signals. Blocking them can prevent sign-in or form submission.

Optional analytics
Google Analytics stays switched off until you choose “Allow analytics” in the banner. When enabled it runs with IP anonymisation, without advertising features and without Google signals. Analytics helps us understand page performance, searches and conversion journeys in aggregate. We never send personal details, registrations, phone numbers, precise coordinates or free-text descriptions to analytics.
Changing your choice
Use the “Cookie settings” control at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice; withdrawing consent removes analytics cookies. You can also clear HGV247 storage and cookies in your browser. Essential session and security technologies are unaffected.
Third-party services
Google, Microsoft or Facebook may set their own cookies when you choose their sign-in flow on their domain. Stripe may do so in its secure checkout or billing portal. Those services explain their technologies in their own notices.
