Can a technician force a DPF regeneration roadside?
Only if diagnostics, fault condition, surroundings and manufacturer procedure make it safe. Regeneration is not appropriate for every fault.
Can an AdBlue countdown simply be reset?
A legitimate reset normally follows diagnosis and correction. Clearing warnings without addressing the cause can lead to repeat derate or no-restart.
