1. Who we are

HGV247 is a digital provider-discovery and request service operated by Fleeta Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16675897. References to “HGV247”, “we” or “us” mean Fleeta Limited.

2. What HGV247 does

We publish information about independent commercial-vehicle workshops, mobile mechanics, tyre providers, recovery operators and related businesses. Search and direct contact are free for consumers and fleet users. HGV247 is not the repairer, recovery operator, emergency service, insurer, road authority or agent authorised to bind a listed provider.

A search result, badge, match or request notification does not guarantee availability, ETA, competence, price, attendance or outcome. You and the provider must confirm the job and enter any service contract directly.

3. Emergencies and safety

Do not use HGV247 instead of 999 or the relevant road authority where there is injury, immediate danger, fire, a serious spill, collision or live-lane risk. Follow official instructions, your employer's procedure and the vehicle handbook.

4. User responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, have authority to request work for the vehicle, protect account credentials and use contact details only for legitimate commercial-vehicle support. You must not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, automated or spam content; scrape or republish directory data; bypass security; impersonate a business; or interfere with the service.

5. Provider listings

Providers are responsible for keeping identity, address, contact, hours, coverage, capability, pricing statements, insurance and qualification information accurate. A verification label states only the check described on the profile and is not an endorsement. We may request evidence, edit presentation, withhold publication, suspend or remove a listing to protect users, comply with law or maintain quality.

Providers must not claim guaranteed attendance, manufacture reviews, publish misleading coverage, misuse request data or market unrelated services without consent.

6. Membership and payment

The standard provider membership is £10 per month plus VAT where applicable, billed in advance through our payment provider. It enables listing and account features but does not guarantee ranking, traffic, enquiries or revenue. Unless a separate written term says otherwise, membership renews monthly until cancelled.

You can cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; fees already charged are not automatically refundable except where the law requires or we agree otherwise. We may change pricing on reasonable advance notice, applying the change to a future renewal.

7. Requests, contact and provider contracts

Submitting a request authorises us to share the supplied incident and contact information with suitable providers as described at the point of submission. Providers decide independently whether to respond or attend. Agree scope, call-out, labour, parts, mileage, VAT, cancellation, destination and payment before work where circumstances allow.

8. Content and intellectual property

The HGV247 brand, software, original page design and editorial content belong to Fleeta Limited or its licensors. Providers retain rights in content they submit but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, adapt for presentation and publish it to operate and promote their listing. You warrant that you have the required rights.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the platform accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every listing is current. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to those limits, HGV247 is not responsible for the independent provider's acts, omissions, workmanship, delay, price or contract. Business users are responsible for appropriate operational decisions, supplier checks, insurance and backups. Any other liability will be assessed under applicable law and the circumstances; these terms do not remove rights a consumer cannot waive.

10. Accounts, suspension and termination

You may stop using HGV247 at any time. We may restrict or close an account or listing for non-payment, inaccurate evidence, unsafe or unlawful conduct, security risk, repeated complaints or breach of these terms. Where appropriate we will explain the reason and available review route.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material membership changes will be notified where required. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you have in another UK jurisdiction. The courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute.
