Create a provider profile that drivers can trust

Use a real base, specific capabilities, current hours and evidence-led copy—without keyword stuffing or invented coverage.

Be specific

List the vehicle types, systems, manufacturer tools, recovery capability and safe working environments you genuinely support. Avoid broad claims such as 'we fix everything'.

Use a genuine service area

Set a realistic mobile radius from a staffed base. Do not create duplicate town listings or virtual addresses purely for ranking.

Keep operations current

Keep opening hours and emergency contact details accurate. Add real work images only with customer, location and registration details removed.

Respond clearly

State whether the request is accepted, an ETA range, information still needed and the pricing basis. Do not imply dispatch until it is actually confirmed.

Can I list more than one workshop or coverage area?

Use a real staffed base for each location and an honest mobile radius. Duplicate or doorway pages created only to rank in towns where the business has no genuine coverage are not allowed.

Can I switch my availability off?

Yes. Keep availability and service radius accurate so drivers do not waste time. HGV247 may reduce visibility where repeated requests go unanswered.

How are search results ranked?

Results can consider service match, distance, declared availability, verification, profile completeness and quality signals. Paid membership should not secretly override emergency relevance; sponsored placement must be labelled.

Does membership guarantee leads or revenue?

No. Search visibility and enquiries depend on coverage, demand, profile quality, availability and competition. HGV247 must not promise rankings, leads or earnings.
