Protect personal and cargo data in a breakdown

Share enough to arrange safe assistance without exposing delivery records, private contacts or sensitive cargo details.

Minimum necessary data

A provider usually needs a contact, vehicle, fault and precise location. They rarely need a driver's date of birth, full delivery note or customer account record.

Clean photographs

Check images for faces, ID badges, addresses, QR codes, consignment labels, customs documents and screens showing personal messages.

Use direct channels for sensitive details

If a legitimate provider needs cargo or security information, verify the recipient and share it through an agreed private channel, not a public listing or review.

Related questions

Should we put customer or cargo data in a request?

Share only what is necessary for safe attendance. Do not include delivery documents, personal data, security codes or commercially sensitive cargo details in a public or widely distributed description.

Should I upload photos?

Only from a safe position. A dashboard warning, tyre sidewall, damaged component or wide scene photo can help, but remove faces, personal documents, customer labels and sensitive cargo information.

How long is request information kept?

Retention depends on the purpose, legal need and account status. The live privacy notice explains current periods and deletion rights; unnecessary precise location data should be removed promptly.
